TO PURCHASE, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

There are 2 different order forms. One form is to order team suits, team warm ups, caps and swim gear. The other form is to order spiritwear.

Team suits, warm-ups, etc can be ordered at any time. Just print out the form, complete it , include your payment and put it in the lock box at the pool.

Spiritwear will be ordered about every 3-4 months as needed. Jean Jankowski will send out a club email announcing the next order deadline. The order form entitled "Spirit Wear 2010" is accessible by having your cursor over the black bar above (on the homepage) and you will see the drop down menu that reads "Spirit Wear 2010". Click on this and the form will appear.

Make your check payable to "MFSC" must accompany your order. Place your payment in an envelope marked "Clothing Order" and place it in the MFSC Lockbox located in the pool office.
